Carina Nowak has now taken over as head of project activities at Innovatum Science Park. An organization that conducts about fifty innovation and development projects with the aim of increasing business competitiveness and contributing to sustainable development.
- Facilitators such as Innovatum Science Park must exist to support industry, academia and public organizations to collaborate. That's what makes it so much fun and I look forward to starting my work," says Carina Nowak.
"Fascinated by the great commitment"
Innovatum Science Park works for future-oriented, sustainable and large-scale feasible solutions in three challenge areas, Sustainable Industry, Energy and Blue Bioeconomy. The project activities, which also include West Sweden Energy Agency, currently have about 25 employees innovation and project managers, administrators and communicators.
- There is a lot of expertise here and people who are passionate about creating real change. I am fascinated by the high level of commitment. My goal is that those who work here continue to feel that it is the best place to work. If we enjoy our work, our delivery will be better, which will have a positive impact on the interaction with our stakeholders," she says.
Wants to create sustainable added value
Carina Nowak succeeds Linda Bohlin Trajkovski, who recently took over as CEO of the Innovatum Group. Carina comes most recently from a role as Sales and Marketing Manager for Cleanpipe in Gothenburg, where she was also acting CEO for a period. She has also previously worked at Stena Recycling and Business Region Göteborg.
- I have worked in the construction, building materials and recycling industry for many years. Often in services that have focused on development in some form.
