When an idea comes in, we make an initial assessment of its viability. Can it be successful? Are there others who share the same problem? If we think that the idea can grow and develop through us, we take it further. We analyze the conditions by looking at, among other things, technology, partners, market potential and the possibility of financing. In some cases, the analysis takes the form of a feasibility study.
If, after analyzing the idea, we believe we can achieve results that make a difference, we take the next step and put together the necessary resources. We apply for money from external funders and, once funds are granted, we create a project organization. The work is led by an innovation manager who sets the timetable, plans activities, secures funding and concludes agreements between the parties.
Once the project is up and running, we often act as project managers, handling administration and driving the work forward. This allows the other parties to focus on the development work. We utilize the expertise available throughout our business - from our start-up team to our colleagues at Energikontor Väst or Wargön Innovation. We make sure that the results benefit as many people as possible, as quickly as possible.
