We are looking for a new Business Advisor

The incubator is looking for a new Business Advisor who wants to help the next generation of companies scale up. We are looking for someone who wants to work closely with entrepreneurs with big ambitions, and who knows what it means to build a company from the ground up. Is that you or someone you know?

For 25 years, Innovatum Science Park has helped companies, academia, and society meet, collaborate, and develop sustainable innovations, primarily in industrial technology. Today, more than 400 companies are involved in our activities, which include test and demo environments, an incubator, one of the country's largest development project operations, various business networks, and events. 
 
Our incubator is ranked as one of Sweden's best, and our alumni companies include Liquid Wind, Chassis Autonomy, Herbox, and Sunsurf Solar.

Within the incubator, we run three business development programs:

Incubator program - For startups with innovative, scalable ideas in the early stages. The program runs for up to three years.

Accelerator in dual use and defense - New six-month program for startups and scaleups with innovative solutions that can be used for both civilian and military purposes.

ESA BIC Sweden – For startups developing innovative services and applications based on space data. Or companies developing new services and products for space. We are one of four nodes in the country running the program.

The role of Business Advisor

Working as a Business Advisor means you will be involved in an intensive transition process—at the intersection of new technology, high-tech startups, and existing businesses—where you will closely support growth journeys.

You are a business sounding board who contributes experience and advice/guidance. You will help entrepreneurs with business issues, financing-related issues, building teams, brokering relevant contacts, opening doors, and preparing founders for the growth journey they have embarked on.   

The role also involves actively contributing to the influx of promising startups and creating and maintaining relevant networks both internally and externally. 

You will become part of a warm and ambitious team of experienced, entrepreneurially driven Business Advisors and specialists in various fields. Here you will encounter a culture characterized by development, generosity, and teamwork, with a genuine commitment to making a difference.

Experience in defense or space is an advantage, but not a requirement.
