Debbie - Mentor of the year?

Our business coach Debbie's heart beats for helping others develop. Now she's a finalist for the honorable award Mentor of the year in the Nordic Women Tech Awards.

Deborah Lygonis, or Debbie as most people call her, has had an impressive career. For over 25 years she has worked as a tech entrepreneur, starting digital companies in a variety of niches. She has raised millions in venture capital and sold her ideas around the world. But above all, she is committed to sharing her knowledge and helping others start and run businesses.

- In a broader perspective, knowledge is not worth much if you don't share it. That's why I'm very honored by this nomination. It's fantastic to be included on a list of such incredibly competent and committed women," says Deborah.

The Mentor of the Year Award is given to an individual who has provided significant support and guidance by giving a less experienced person the opportunity to develop their skills in an IT or technological field. As a result, the person has achieved vital knowledge growth and results in their field.

- There is nothing as satisfying as seeing entrepreneurs and companies you work with become successful! I have the privilege of meeting many entrepreneurs in different contexts that enrich. Think how much I have learned!
