Emelie Andersson of Ridhjälpmedel.se receives innovation award

The rain of prizes among the entrepreneurs from the incubator continues. Now it is Emelie Andersson at Ridhjälpmedel.se who has won an innovation prize of SEK 25,000 for her important inclusion work.

In Sweden, equestrian sport is one of the largest sports for people with disabilities, and with the right adaptations, better conditions can be created for both riders and horses.

Emelie Andersson from the startup Ridhjälpmedel.se is passionate about making equestrian sports accessible to more people. She is therefore developing smart aids for riders who need adapted equipment.

Before the end of the year, she was awarded an innovation prize from the Swedish Inventors' Association and the DHR Grant Foundation for her development work on an adapted saddle.

For the past year, Ridhjälpmedel.se has been part of our incubator together with about 20 other startups.
