Gothenburg-based Go North is Northern Europe's leading group of companies buying and scaling brands on Amazon globally. In just one year, they have raised nearly SEK 1 billion, bought 30 e-commerce brands and built a team of over 100 employees. 

We're joined by HR Director Natassja Block who talks about the journey from 0 to 100 employees, and how to recruit and build teams for the present but also for the future. Natassja shares her experiences, tips and insights on building an effective team at an early stage.
