Frida Jägerbrand is one of the business coaches supporting startups in our incubator. Here you get to know her a little closer and get an insight into how she helps entrepreneurs in their company building.

Frida's appointment as business coach at the incubator in 2019 is not surprising given her extensive experience in business building.

Frida has a background as an entrepreneur, business developer and in 2006 she started up Plushögskolan where she also held the CEO position for several years. During her time as CEO, the school grew from one location to twelve and together with the staff they increased the turnover to SEK 100 million in just a few years. Frida also has several business ventures of her own. She founded the bikini brand Sunkini and is involved in the technology company Atomize, which helps hotel chains to price smartly using AI. Frida has invested in several companies and industries and is particularly passionate about companies whose purpose is to help the vulnerable in various ways.

How do you help our entrepreneurs?
As a coach, I help my companies with everything from customer validation, business model, pricing, IP strategy and networking to opening doors. I share my past experiences and tips and try to ensure that entrepreneurs do not make the same mistakes as me.

What's the best thing about your job?
Being able to accompany entrepreneurs on their journey from idea to going to market. As a coach, I get to follow the entrepreneurs both in good times and bad. I have the best and most fun job in the world!

Which startups are you coaching right now?
Right now I am coaching ten exciting companies with completely different types of business ideas. Elektroskutt, Esmergot, PQM, ESAM, Arena Bostad, Sunsurf Solar, Insightler, Thornior, Childlife & Herbox.
