Among 57 applicants from 13 different countries, Monava is one of the selected companies to take part in Define - Finland's first accelerator program in defence tech.
- "It feels great to collaborate with Finnish companies and organizations through this program. It is an important step for us to have the opportunity to strengthen relationships with key Nordic defense actors, says Alexander Hebbe, co-founder of Monava.
Heightened geopolitical tensions have created a strong need for defense innovation - solutions that can rapidly strengthen European capabilities. And this is where Monava, which is part of our incubator, comes in.
Monitoring systems with sound sensors
Monava, led by Alexander Hebbe and Alexander Faraj, develops smart surveillance systems with sound sensors. By being able to position and classify anything that makes a sound, and with a specific focus on drone detection, Monava offers increased controlled surveillance of sensitive airspace and areas.
