Monava nominated for Startup of the Year

During the Trollhättan Business Awards on January 31, Innovatum Science Park will present the Startup of the Year award. Monava is one of three nominated companies.

Monava, led by Alexander Hebbe and Alexander Faraj, develops smart surveillance systems with sound sensors.

By being able to position and classify anything that makes a sound, Monava offers increased controlled surveillance of sensitive airspace and areas. The system can also be used to warn of natural disasters in mountainous environments.

In 2024, Monava has been accepted to Finland's Defence Accelerator - a three-month program focused on scaling up innovations in defence, security and dual-use technologies.

Sunsurf nominee
