PQM farewell - they have the platform for leadership development

The start-up PQM Systems has recently been graduated after an exciting journey in our incubator. During the journey, they have developed their innovative digital platform Leeder and paved the way for the future of organizational and leadership development.

With years of experience in quality management and leadership, Petter Sigvaldsen and Markus Sulkupuro founded the company in 2018. Since 2020 they have been part of our incubator.

- "We have had an exciting journey at the incubator with many milestones," says Markus Sulkupuro, CEO and co-founder of PQM Systems.

In addition to further developing their concept and refining their brand to the current name Leeder - they have also been granted innovation support from Vinnova.  

- The innovation support from Vinnova helped us further in the company's and the product's development, where we then had the chance to do market research, among other things, Markus continues.

Offers subscriptions to knowledge and tools

Their digital platform, leeder.io, offers companies a subscription to knowledge and tools that facilitate their organizational development and leadership development. This high-impact process has proven to be a successful model for promoting growth and progress within companies.

Some of PQM's customers so far:

• Hot Screen AB - a company in the printing industry that has experienced rapid growth. Through PQM, they have been given the tools to manage their growth journey further with a more secure leadership and better goal management. Hot Screen has coined the term "to PQM" when working with the processes. More about this case here.
• Jätten Cater AB - The platform's pilot customer and a growing company that developed its organization together with PQM and its Leeder tool.
• Direkt Chark AB - A company that changed ownership and where the new management needed to change and improve. With PQM, they gained knowledge and tools to develop both quality and management processes.

The CEO and co-founder look back on their journey with gratitude for all they have managed to achieve during this period.

-"We have gained access to great premises, a supportive coach in Frida Jägerbrand and access to various types of initiatives that we would not have been able to finance or find ourselves. It is invaluable for us as we have learned so much on the journey," says Markus.
