Compete for expert help in prototyping

A competition is currently running where you have the chance to win expert help in prototyping and a place in the incubator with an innovative product idea.

 - Many people are walking around with smart solutions and now we want to help them realize them. We want more people to dare to invest and get help," says Eivind Vogel-Rödin, director of Innovatum Science Park's incubator.

The competition runs until June 13 and is open to individuals or teams who want to bring their innovative, scalable product ideas to market.

 - A common mistake is to wait too long before starting to sell and test your product in real life. A prototype is a great help here.

The prototyping help is provided by technology expert Jan Björn, who previously founded the startup FlyPulse. Jan has an MSc in Electrical Engineering and more than 15 years of experience in electronics, hardware-related programming, 3D printing and prototyping.

 - In addition to expert help, you get access to our prototype workshop in Trollhättan with, among other things, a 3D printer. In addition, intensive business development support, access to contacts and other important conditions that help on the journey.

Submissions are assessed on criteria such as the level of innovation, scalability and international potential.

 - To enter the competition, fill in the application form on our website, describing your idea in detail and the type of help you need. This could include simple software development, sensor selection or 3D sketches.

In addition to a place in the incubator, the winner will receive up to 30 hours of assistance from technology expert Jan Björn.

What is the incubator?

Since 2003, we have been supporting entrepreneurs with innovative, scalable business ideas during the early stages of their journey. A time that is often associated with great challenges and high risks. This support includes providing individuals or teams with business advice from entrepreneurs and experts, help with contacts and networks, and assistance in finding financing. There are around 40 publicly funded incubators in Sweden. The incubator at Innovatum Science Park has been ranked as one of the country's best by the innovation agency Vinnova.
