The overall objective of the project is to support companies in the blue bioeconomy with tools and methods for innovation and business development. By joining forces with regional stakeholders, the project will promote the development and sustainable growth of blue businesses, thereby strengthening European coastal communities.

The project will also map and identify weak links in bio-based value chains and increase collaboration and contact between biomarina clusters internationally. Innovatum Science Park represents Sweden, based in the Västra Götaland region, as one of the participants from 12 EU countries.
