̶ In this way, our customers can quickly staff their business with the right resource and skills based on seasonality, demand, sick leave and economic fluctuations.
It was through classic networking that REBL came into contact with Tommy Christensen at Innovatum, who has been a highly valued partner and contact over a long period of time.
̶ It is incredibly fun to be given the opportunity to become part of PTC where we look forward to being involved in driving the development of skills around flexible and reconfigurable automation at the forefront. We also look forward to future network meetings, experience exchanges and skills transfer where we hopefully can also challenge with new thoughts and ideas on how automation can be consumed and how industrial robots can interact with people in new ways.
Mr. Lövetoft stresses the importance of a vibrant partnership where they can actively share their experience and expertise.
̶ I see the membership as a start of a long-term collaboration where we hope to be an active part of creating a competitive region with a focus on sustainable, efficient and profitable production with people in focus. For example, manning repetitive, monotonous and dangerous work with Rebl Workmate so that today's operators can focus on what is important and develop skills in areas that strengthen the industry as a whole. We see this as a foundation of our offering and creating long-term competitive advantages for the region.
In the staffing industry, REBL is a relatively new player where Henrik believes that industries and companies in general need to open their eyes and understand the possibilities of robot staffing. Rebl Workmates can free up labor, create a more fun work environment and realize that automation does not have to mean large investments with long consulting projects.
̶ Our robot colleagues are good at having multiple skills and at managing and making the right decisions based on our customers' requirements and wishes on, for example, quality and processes in dynamic situations that often arise in collaboration with people. From a larger perspective, our Rebl Workmates follow well the future competence requirements to be able to handle a higher degree of item variations, small batches and move between tasks and stations as the product mix increases and product life cycles become shorter.
Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
̶ Then we hope to be able to look back and see a change in several industries where the right work is done by the right resource, Henrik Lövetoft replies. In this time of Corona, we also see that Swedish industry needs to switch to more local value chains and production to secure long-term production and deliveries to a global market. To remain competitive, I am convinced that we need to take big steps together in automating tasks that are currently performed manually and invest more in long-term skills development. In this, our Rebl Workmates are enablers where we hopefully are the leading staffing company for companies in the region.
