At the STO gala on May 5, Företagarna awarded the prize Young Entrepreneur of the Year Orust. The winner was none other than Sebastian Hesser from the startup company Bröderna Bröd, which is part of our incubator.

Bröderna Bröd, which Sebastian built up, is basically about offering private individuals breakfast bags on Saturday mornings. But it's not a bakery business that Sebastian created. It's a platform that allows local bakeries to offer home delivery of their freshly baked assortment directly to their customers' front door, without having to deal with external systems.

Launched at the beginning of the year, the system automates the whole process - from the customer placing the order and paying to packing and final delivery. Today, 21-year-old Sebastian has five bakeries connected and five or six drivers.

The winner's motivation:

Finding and catching a ball
and daring to start from scratch.

Being an entrepreneur
as much as an administrator.

Being a manager and a leader
broadens one's outlook.

Success or failure may seem like a lottery
but it's all about working to realize one's strategy.

It's clear that this young entrepreneur has done his homework,
expanding geographically and growing the business.

Finding his first supplier took a few tries,
before he could leave mom's kitchen.

With the goal of making your Saturday morning unique,
Bröderna Bröd's door-to-door delivery will be your new breakfast shop.

Congratulations to Sebastian Hesser, Bröderna Bröd,
