HISS-High innovation capacity in the seafood sector

In this project, a number of SMEs in the seafood sector will have the opportunity to build lasting knowledge and strengthen their abilities to lead and organize for innovation. All to increase the conditions for new innovative products and enable sustainable value creation for the companies and society at large.

The project aims to build lasting knowledge and capacity that increases the conditions for participating companies in the blue bioeconomy to develop new innovative products, enabling growth, long-term competitiveness, increased productivity and sustainable value creation.

During the project, participating companies will gain knowledge, tools and methods for innovation, innovation management and business development in order to accelerate development, learning and sustainable growth of both companies and other participating parties.

When the project is completed, participating companies will have developed their abilities to contribute to an increased product range, higher profitability, increased attractiveness and thus increased market share and conditions for long-term survival for the benefit of customers, the organization itself and society at large.

The project is carried out by RISE together with Innovatum Science Park.
