The accelerator in dual use and defense

The accelerator program that gives you six months of full focus and quick feedback. We are looking for startups and scaleups from all over the country with technical solutions that can strengthen Sweden's security. With us, you get access to testbeds, sharp advice, key contacts and tailored efforts that quickly take you to both civil and defense-related markets. The application closed on November 25.

Program design - dual use accelerator

Program design

We offer a digital 6-month program with 3-4 physical meetings and full focus from the start. We skip unnecessary steps and go straight to what creates value: building, testing, getting feedback and taking the next step. 

Networks & Partners

To succeed in dual use, you need the right context. We open doors to important networks and here you become part of an established ecosystem where, among other things, GKN Aerospace, the Swedish Armed Forces and University West collaborate to drive innovation forward.

Test & Demo

Access advanced testing and demo environments - from drone testing and wind tunnels to production engineering laboratories. When you're ready to take the next step, field testing in Ukraine is also available.
The Production Technology Center in Trollhättan is today a world-leading test and demo environment where new technologies are developed.

Product development support

From idea to prototype - quickly and efficiently.
We offer prototype and product development support in 3D printing, composites, electronics, CAD and machining. And we bring in cutting-edge expertise when needed.

Education & safety

Working in the defense sector requires an understanding of security and structure. Together with the Swedish Defense University and security experts, we provide you with knowledge of regulations, procurement, IT security and risk management.

Mentors & advice

We match you with the right skills adapted to your business, team and technology. Hand-picked experts to help you hone, select and grow - fast. You get business coaching from people who have built companies from idea to exit.

Fast facts

Who can apply?The program is aimed at companies that have been granted support in the call Acceleration of civil-military innovations 2025.

The application is also open to startups and scaleups from all over Sweden that develop civil technology solutions that can be further developed for defense purposes.

A limited company is required at startup, the company should be based in Sweden.
Deadline for applicationsThe application closes on November 25.
Program periodThe program runs for 6 months, starting in early December.


Format
Digitally via Teams with 3-4 physical meetings (not mandatory attendance, but recommended).

For companies that have been granted support in the Acceleration of civil-military innovations 2025 call, knowledge-enhancing activities are also carried out via the Swedish Defense University.
