The Kristineberg Center is physically located at the ancient marine research station Kristineberg, west of Fiskebäckskil. With its proximity to the species-rich marine ecosystem of the Gullmarsfjord, research has been conducted here for more than 140 years. It has access to historical data, well-equipped laboratories, advanced instruments, vessels, diving equipment, teaching facilities, exhibition and guest accommodation. The center also offers:
