Herbox
Through their rapid expansion, childhood friends Hanna Lauste and Linn Rosenqvist have created change for hundreds of thousands of women across Europe.
The vision of the Herbox founders is to contribute to a new standard where sanitary protection is as accessible as toilet paper. By the end of the year, their boxes of free sanitary pads were in 4000+ toilets!
In 2023, the team has won tenders with no less than 30 municipalities, signed up the Swedish Football Association as a customer, attracted a lot of media attention and expanded to Finland, the Netherlands, Denmark and Norway.
Herbox , which has been part of our incubator since its inception in 2021, has managed to multiply its turnover from the previous year and grow its team to 10 people.
Procada
Petter Hagqvist and Almir Heralic from Procada are developing 3D printing technology that makes it possible to 3D print products in lightweight metal and with material properties that otherwise require, for example, molding, which is expensive and results in long lead times. The technology creates great opportunities in a variety of industries and can, for example, be used to speed up the electrification of aircraft. At the Trollhättan Business Awards at the beginning of the year, they received the award as Startup of the Year in Trollhättan 2023.
Sunsurf Solar
Sunsurf Solar is developing Sweden's first floating solar farms. Behind the innovation are childhood friends Martin Örgård, Marc Montgomery and Björn Larsson. In 2023, the team raised 2 million in venture capital, appeared on the SVT program Draknästet and installed their first commercial plant.
