- "It's great to see the development that has taken place in the group and how the whole team impressed on stage. I saw a group that started from one place and where each individual moved throughout the journey," says Henrik Andrée, business coach at the incubator and the one who holds the program together.
Over the course of the 12-week program, participants had weekly meetings and online sessions. Lectures and workshops have been alternated with personal tasks and group coaching sessions with a focus on sharing and brainstorming issues with each other. An element that has been very appreciated!
The program has been divided into four blocks and covered everything from the basics of business development to how to build networks and pitch your idea to investors. Examples of questions that the group has worked with are: Who are my customers and what are they actually willing to pay for my product or service? What does the market look like? How can I work with an MVP to maximize learning and minimize unnecessary product development? What kind of network do I need to build? What avenues are there for raising capital? What do investors expect from me as an entrepreneur? And how do I sharpen the pitch to get investors on the hook?
The second group of participants is underway and after the summer we will start up a third. Does this sound like something for you? Read more or contact us directly to register your interest!
